This Privacy Policy explains how PDFCart, operated by Najiya Shaikh ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use pdfcart.online, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

- You give us: name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number, and any message you send us.
- Payment data: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment ID and status, not your full card, UPI or bank details.
- Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies, including advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel) used to measure ad performance.
2. Why we use it
- To process your order and deliver your product by email and WhatsApp.
- To send order receipts, support replies and important updates.
- To send offers about related products, only where you have agreed; you can opt out at any time.
- To prevent fraud and comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
3. Consent
By submitting your details at checkout, you consent to us processing your data for the purposes above. You can withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, with: Razorpay (payments); our website, CRM and email/WhatsApp messaging providers; advertising and analytics platforms (in aggregated or hashed form); and government authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it.

You may ask us to access, correct, update or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights. Write to the Grievance Officer below.
7. Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (https) connections and access controls, to protect your data.

Our products are bought by adults. If you are under 18, please use the Website with a parent or guardian.
