These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of pdfcart.online (the "Website") and your purchase of products from PDFCart, operated by Najiya Shaikh, Aamli Faliya, Kasba, Dahod, Gujarat 389151, India ("PDFCart", "we", "us"). By using the Website or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
PDFCart sells digital products: downloadable PDF guides, planners, worksheets and templates. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Product descriptions, page counts and sample previews are shown on each product page.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments are processed securely by Razorpay through UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and wallets. We do not store your card or bank details. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Delivery
After successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you provide, usually within 5 minutes and always within 24 hours. Details are in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
5. Licence to use
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, view and print it for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload, copy for others, or claim the content as your own. Files may carry your name or email to identify the licensed buyer.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in our products, including text, designs, logos and graphics, is owned by or licensed to PDFCart and protected by Indian copyright law.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Information only
Our products provide general information and practical tools. They are not professional, medical, financial or legal advice. Results depend on how you use them, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome. See our Disclaimer.
9. User conduct
You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, make fraudulent payments or chargebacks, or use our content in breach of the licence above. We may block access or cancel orders in case of fraud or misuse.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PDFCart's total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Dahod, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Before any legal step, please contact our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve the issue.
