All PDFCart products are digital. We do not ship any physical items, and there are no shipping charges.
1. How delivery works
After your payment is successful, you receive your download link:
- on the thank-you page right after checkout,
- by email to the address you entered, and
- by WhatsApp to the number you entered.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is usually instant, within 5 minutes of successful payment. In rare cases of technical delay, delivery is completed within 24 hours.
3. If you did not receive your product
- Check your spam, promotions and updates folders.
- Check that the email and WhatsApp number you entered are correct.
- Still missing? Contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +91 88499 80572 with your payment ID. We will resend it within 24 hours.
4. Access
Download links stay active for at least 12 months. We recommend saving the file to your device after download.
5. Delivery area
Products can be delivered anywhere with an internet connection. Payments are currently accepted in Indian Rupees.
